The ScreenFrame is a large front or rear projection screen on a black modular, aluminium frame that can be wall-mounted, freestanding or suspended from the ceiling.

Specifications:

  • The projection screen surface is stretched on an aluminium frame by using strong spanners.
  • Useable for both permanent installations and touring.
  • The framework is invisible when a non-transparent fabric is in place.
  • ScreenFrame is ideal for large projection surfaces and can be adapted to suit all venues: movie theatres, larger conference rooms, communication rooms or auditoriums.
  • The ScreenFrame profile can be bent in-house for projection screens with particular forms and dimensions.
  • Our screens are made-to-measure.
  • Optionally, the screen can have a fixed or moveable masking.

3 0° Corner Setups

3.1 ScreenFrame Suspended With Wall Bracket Plates

This setup is perfect for permanent installations. Mount your ScreenFrame directly onto a wall. Adding extra wall brackets will allow for endless extensions in size, which means there is no need for Support Profiles.

The distance between the wall and the screen can be customised by choosing the desired length of Wall Brackets.

3.2 ScreenFrame Suspended With Truss Clamp Plates

Truss Clamp Plates provide the ideal solution to suspend a ScreenFrame onto a truss setup. The clamps provide a reliable grip to ensure stable and adjustable positioning.

Multiple Truss Clamp Plates will be needed all around to suspend the ScreenFrame onto the truss setup.

3.3 ScreenFrame of 6x6 m Vertically Suspended

This is the maximum size of ScreenFrame to use without Support Profiles in combination with PVC screens. Using the Suspension set, you can balance the frame perfectly with only two suspension points at the corners.

3.4 ScreenFrame of 6x9 m Vertically Suspended

When exceeding the 6 meters width, a combination of Support Profiles and Tension sets must be added. Using the Suspension set, you can balance the frame perfectly with only two suspension points at the corners.

With Support Profiles and Tension sets, the ScreenFrame can be easily extended to a width up to 20 meters.

3.5 ScreenFrame of 9x9 m Vertically Suspended

When exceeding 6 meters in width and height, you must use Cross Section Support Plates with Tension sets, horizontal and vertical Support Profiles. Using the Suspension set 0°, you can balance the frame with only two suspension points.

You can easily extend the height of this ScreenFrame setup up to 10 meters.

3.6 ScreenFrame of 6x6 m Suspended Under an Angle

This setup is suitable for frames inclined under an angle or hung horizontally. Once you exceed 6 meters in width or height, a combination of eyebolts and Suspension Plates will need to be added every 2 to 3 meters.

3.7 Freestanding ScreenFrame

This setup is used when the frame stands free on the floor with EasyDrape Uprights and Supports. Extra counterweights on top of the Supports are most likely needed to make this setup possible.

The maximum size of this setup is 4x6 m.

4 45° Corner Setups

4.1 ScreenFrame Suspended With Wall Bracket Plates

4.3 ScreenFrame of 6x9 m Vertically Suspended

In case you exceed the width of 6 meters, add a combination of Support Profiles and Tension sets. With the Suspension set 45°, you can vertically balance the frame perfectly with only two suspension points at the corners.

With Support Profiles and Tension sets, the ScreenFrame can be easily extended to a width up to 20 meters.

4.4 ScreenFrame of 9x9 m Vertically Suspended

When exceeding 6 meters in width and height, you must use Cross Section Support Plates with Tension sets, horizontal and vertical Support Profiles. Using the Suspension set, you can vertically balance the frame perfectly with only two suspension points at the corners.

Easily extend the frame height up to 10 meters with this setup.

4.5 ScreenFrame of 6x6 m Suspended Under an Angle

5 Curved Setups

5.1 Curved ScreenFrame Without Support Profiles

Custom bend your ScreenFrame profiles starting from a minimum radius of 3 meters, up to the size of 4x4 m without Support Profiles. Suspending your curved frame requires both the Suspension set 0° and Suspension Plates to balance the curved part.

Curved frames are only available with a 0° Corner.

5.2 Curved ScreenFrame With Support Profiles

When exceeding 4 meters in width and height, Support Profiles will need to be added. Suspending your curved frame requires both the Suspension set 0° and Suspension Plates to balance the curved part.
