ARE YOU OUR NEW SALES EXECUTIVE?
The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
- Deal with incoming customer calls, provide the highest levels of customer service, plus proactively develop new business for our range of products and services
- Handle general sales activities including enquiries, quotation, order process and document preparation with database system
- Learn and promote company product with suitable recommendation to customer
- Assist in delivery and installation schedule and provide after sales support to clients
- Liaise with clients to maintain good relationship and explore future business opportunity
- Cooperate with different departments to ensure the streamlining and efficiency of procedure
- Attend site meetings/surveys, work on-site and live events
- Responsible for research and planning of meetings with both potential and existing clients
- Assist in any assigned ad hoc project
REQUIREMENT
- Degree holder with 2-5 years of work experience
- Good command of spoken and written Japanese and English
- Knowledge in marketing / event / textile industry will be an advantage
- Self-motivated, disciplined and hardworking person
- Strong communication and organization skills and willing to learn
- Ability to work independently and under-pressure with good team spirit
- Strong passion to develop career in event industry and enjoy facing new challenge
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Sales Coordinator
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
