The spectacular opening ceremony of this year’s Islamic Solidarity Games in Baku was one to remember, as a gigantic 85 by 30 meter FP Blackout projection screen took up the entire width of the stage!
Welded in our in-house workshop, the massive front projection screen appeared to be virtually seamless. The top of the PVC screen consisted of 3 impressive circular shapes mounted in custom-curved Keder Profile.
A large part of the unused seating area behind the screen was covered in black masking fabric to enhance the appearance of the stage. No less than 25,000 m2 of Molton was used to achieve this, making the screen stand out even more for the thousands of spectators present!
