Rope Drive Standard

The Rope Drive Standard system moves stage drapes or set pieces over rope-operated tracks at the speed you select, while its smooth acceleration and deceleration ensure an elegant motion. The motor is fully compatible with Rail H100, ShowPipe, OrientTrack and ShowTrack curtain rails.

Choose Rope Drive Standard when all eyes are on your set. Your rope-operated curtains need to move very smoothly, or you want the option to adjust their speed.

• Equipped with a motor for continuous use (Duty Cycle S1 – 100 %) and integrated head pulley.
• The 120 W motor is available in 3 different configurations:
  • 0 to 9 cm/sec (54 Nm) with a rope force of max 1350 N
  • 0 to 20 cm/sec (24 Nm) with a rope force of max 600 N
  • 0 to 42 cm/sec (12 Nm) with a rope force of max 300 N
• Speed can be adjusted continuously, without predefined steps.
• Equipped with a handy remote control with open/close switch and speed controller.
• Optionally controllable from a lighting desk/console with the (Rope Drive Standard) DMX Remote, which uses 3 DMX channels: open, close & speed.
• All connections are made with plugs, making touring and installation fast and easy.
• To accommodate spatial requirements, the Control Unit can be mounted on the back or the side of the motor, or it can be suspended independently.
