New MINI Hatch

For the launch of the new Mini F56 in South Africa, ShowTex created a custom-fitted cover out of white PolyStretch to completely wrap the brand-new car. The permanently flame retardant stretch fabric served as the perfect surface for impressive 3D mapping effects.
MINI called for a launch event that focused on the heritage of the brand, taking people on a visual journey which began in 1956 when the MINI hatch was first launched, and continued into the 60’s, 70’s, 80’s and 2000’s.
The audience was blown away by the sheer clarity and realism of the brand’s former models projected onto the new car, eventually revealing it when the made-to-measure stretch sleeve was pulled back.
