Christel Alsos on tour - projection on string curtains

Choosing a backdrop that both captures your audience’s attention and is easy to bring along on tour can be quite a challenge. String curtains turned out to be just what this intimate concert tour needed.
A small setup of vocals, guitars and keys in front of a layered string curtain backdrop was all Norwegian singer Christel Alsos wanted for her tour. The golden fringes can form an elegant stage backdrop on their own, but illuminating them with impressive projections and atmospheric lights truly turned the intimate concert into an enchanting spectacle.
As a lightweight material that doesn’t crease easily, these fire-rated string curtains proved to be the perfect backdrop to take on tour.
You don’t always need lots of glitters to create a glamourous set on stage. Sometimes, layered strings combined with projection are all it takes to stand out.
